Risk factors:
Female older than 50, family history, genetic BRCA 1, personal history of ovarian and endometrial CA, use of oral contraceptives

Treatment:
Depends on the stage of the disease and presence of lymph nodes, size of the tumor, receptors.

Preventive mammogram helps save from breast cancer.

It is strongly advised to have a clinical breast exam and mammogram every 2 years to prevent breast cancer for women greater than 50 years of age.
